A catering background, a passion for coffee.
I'm based in Gloucester and I've worked in catering my whole professional life. Before starting The Coffee Man, I trained and worked as a chef. A background that still shapes how I think about ingredients, presentation and running a busy service.
The Coffee Man has been trading as a mobile coffee operator for approximately 19 years, and for more than a decade of that we've worked at large festivals, corporate events and public events across the UK. The business was built on a simple idea: bring genuinely good coffee directly to the people who want it, wherever they happen to be.
Over the years, the offering has grown well beyond coffee. Alongside our Fairtrade barista drinks, we now serve iced coffee, smoothies and milkshakes in our distinctive sealed cans, flavoured matcha, loaded hot chocolates, hot crumble pots and seasonal specials. Always adapted to suit the event.
I'm still personally involved in the service. Quality, reliability, cleanliness and friendly customer service are what the business is built on, and they're what keeps organisers and workplaces booking us back.
